WHY CHOOSE INNER STRENGTH?!
1) Your sessions will ALWAYS be one-on-one with me, your physical therapist. You will never be passed off to an aide or overlapped with another patient.
2) You will ALWAYS be treated in a private treatment room and gym. No exercising in front of other people.
3) I don't believe in "warming up" on cardio machines to take up time. Your entire session will be intentional movement.
4) Your sessions will be scheduled according to your needs. I don't believe in scheduling 2-3x/week just to watch you exercise. Timing of sessions is based on treatment needs and progression.
5) My space is set up with intention to make you feel as comfortable as possible during your sessions. Your treatment will take place in a calm, and quiet room.
